This pepper contains low heat, enough to awaken your taste buds and transport you!  This Mexican variety is excellent stuffed and in sauces ... optimal for chile relleno!  With 4" -5" fruit, this distinctive, rich tasting pepper will enhance the taste of any dish!  When enjoyed fresh the pepper is known as a poblano, although when it has been ripened to red and dried, it is known as ancho.

    Instructions - Sow seeds indoors ¼” deep. Peppers germinate best in warm soil, so gentle bottom heat may be helpful until seedlings emerge. Wait to transplant outdoors until soil is warm.
