Snowball Y Cauliflower, 1947 heirloom, Organic

Southern Exposure Seed Exchange -Large, smooth, white heads are uniform, solid, and smooth. Widely adapted, well suited for fall crops. A 1947 heirloom that is very productive and takes around 80 days from transplant to harvest.

Instructions 

• Sow indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost
• Germinates in 4-10 days
• Plant Rows 24" apart
• Tie up the branches around the flower to blanch them white.
