Grape Hyacinth 'Muscari Armeniacum'

It’s our most popular Muscari (commonly called Grape Hyacinth) and will brighten your borders for decades to come. It will arrive at the perfect time to plant!

This is one of our most popular bulbs every fall and for good reason. They bloom early, beloved by bumblebees and other pollinators and frame in our spring borders wonderfully. Deer and other garden critters will leave this alone so feel free to plant where you have had past problems. 

Spring borders are abundant with varities of grape hyacinth and ‘Muscari Armeniacum' is one of the most popular and hardy varieties you find.  It is adaptable, beautiful and flexible to most any situation. It fills in an area very well and contrasts well with medium tulips (14-20” tall). Additionally, the blue purple blooms are bold enough to make a stunning arrangement in pots.

Our bulbs are sourced from Holland at an amazing 9/10 size. This is a very large bulb which will ensure your bulbs thrive their first year.

Key Planting Tips

Plant in full sun,  3” inches deep with the tip pointing up. Space each bulb 2-4” apart. They will tolerate some shade.
