Product description

Black Hollyhock -  A longtime favorite in gardens.  These are single flower hollyhocks and have an appearance of dark black when cloudy and a hint for red when sunny. They are sure to be belvoed specimens in your gardens. 

This single hollyhock was described in 1629 by English botanist John Parkinson as being “of a darke red like blackblood.”  Self-seeding biennial, 5-6' tall.
