Southern Exposure Seed Exchange - From seed collected in Lithuania in 2007 by the Seed Ambassadors Project. Large, vigorous, and early maturing. Green tops, sweet golden flesh. Unusually, roots are longer and more oval than regular round rutabagas.
Instructions - Rutabaga are similar to turnips but planted for fall harvest. Plant 8-10 weeks before the first fall frost. Harvest when roots are 3-6" across. Harvest before temperatures drop below 20 degrees F
