Red-Veined Sorrel, Organic

Red-Veined Sorrel - Citrus flavored greens, deep maroon veins against dark green leaves, helps it create amazing dishes. It is perfect for salads or you can braise it too. 

Sow in the spring, all throughout summer and into fall for continued harvest. We start with organic seeds but are not certifed organic for handling as it we are in the process of doing this.
