Instructions -Specialty greens are cold hardy and fast-growing leafy plants. Days to maturity are from direct seeding, except for chicories (endive, escarole, puntarelle, radicchio,) where days to maturity are from transplant.

• Direct seeding rate: Baby, 60 seeds/foot in a 2” band in rows 2-6” apart. Bunching, 15 seeds/foot in a 2” band 12-18” apart. 
• Days to Maturity: 21 days baby; 40 days full-size
