The Living Seed Company - The luscious thick and crunchy skin of the sugar snap pea allows for an extended harvest and harbors the perfect home for the delectable peas that are housed inside.  Peas are a delight fresh tossed into salads, lightly steamed as a side, or tossed in at the end of fried rice or a stir fry or eaten right from the vine! In France they use the term mange tout to refer to edible podded peas, which means eat all.

Blanch and freeze to keep a bit of early summer in you ice box!

Instructions - Peas thrive in cool weather. Sow seeds outdoors as soon as soil can be worked in spring. Seeds will germinate in 7-14 days. Double rows of peas can be planted on each side of a trellis.
