Giant Spotted Foxglove Flower, Organic

This is a superior strain with large, spotted, white and pink flowers borne on 5-6' tall stems. Although frequently visited by hummingbird moths, the plants, seeds, and foliage of this variety are all poisonous—please use caution. Biennial.

Instructions - Sow seeds indoors just beneath the surface of the soil. Transplant outdoors 2-3 weeks before the last frost. Prefers rich, moist, cool soil. May require staking. Alternatively, it can be planted outside right around the last frost to early summer. The plant simply needs time to develop a solid root structure before the winter to be able to bloom the following year.
