Seed Exchange - Also known as Early Coreless, this variety stores well and adapts well to different conditions. Its cylindrical roots are 7" long with blunt tips, and its fine-grained, bright red-orange flesh is nearly coreless, offering great flavor that’s sweet and crisp. Good when used as baby carrots, and excellent for freezing and juicing. Dating to the 1850s, the variety was developed in France by the seed company Vilmorin-Andrieux. 65-75 days

Scarlet Runner Beans, like all runner beans, they prefer cool nights and cooler days so it tends to do better as a fresh eating bean in environments like New England or the Pacific Northwests along the coasts. We grow it every year for ourselves to harvest as dried beans and to enjoy the hummingbirds flying around. We do not get the privilege of tender runner beans in our part of Wisconsin. We plant it every 4-6"

Shin Kuroda Carrot - This Japanese sweet carrot has exceptional flavor and texture. Seed Savers Exchange - Compact, bushy plants produce an abundance of 3.5-4"" wrinkled fruits over an extended period. When eaten in the green stage, as is traditional in Japan, peppers are incredibly crunchy with just a hint of heat. When red, the fruits are sweet and slightly hotter but not as crunchy. Perfect for frying, this Japanese heirloom’s fruits are usually mild, but an occasional pepper (about one in 10) is hot.
