Bopak Pac Choi -This robust pak choi produces tall upright heads with thick crunchy white stems and glossy tender dark green leaves, delicious both raw and cooked. Mild flavored and slightly sweet, it is excellent stir fried, steamed, or added to soups and holds its texture when quickly cooked. Nutritious and easy to grow, pak choi matures quickly making it reliable in both spring and fall gardens.
