The Seed Savers Exchange -These aptly named, cream-colored cucumbers resemble large eggs. Thin-skinned fruits are mild, faintly sweet, and not the least bit bitter, making them perfect to snack on straight from the vine or toss into a salad of fresh greens. Plants bear fruit early in the season and produce heavy yields. This delicious, easy-to-grow heirloom originated in Croatia and has delighted gardeners for generations. 55-65 days.

Instructions - Sow seeds outdoors in 12" diameter hills after the last frost when soil is warm. Space hills 6' apart in all directions. Can also be started indoors 2-4 weeks before the last frost for an earlier harvest. Cucumbers benefit from consistent moisture. Provide support for vines to save space.
