Green Needlegrass- Native Midwest Grass

Green Needlegrass is a cornerstone species of the Northern Great Plains and the Intermountain West. Historically, it was one of the most widespread and ecologically significant grasses in the "Mixed-grass Prairie" region, stretching from the Canadian provinces down through the Dakotas and into the Rocky Mountain foothills.

2. The Best Spot:
Select a location with Full Sun. While it is highly adaptable, it thrives best in well-drained loamy or clay soils. Avoid areas with standing water, as this grass prefers to be on the drier side once established.

3. Maintenance:
