• Soaking Time: 8 hours
• Sprouting time: 4-5 days
• Recommended methods: Jar-Lid or Sprouting Tray
• Yield: 1 Tbsp = 3-4 cups ( A little bit goes a long way)
• 3 oz of kale seeds

May contain wheat, soy or mustards. Produced in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, sesame, and shellfish.
