High Mowing- Beautiful Striped Eggplant from Spain (often thought of as Italian)

Very productive plants produce abundant tender, delicious fruits with unusually thin skin. Egg-shaped petite fruits fit in the palm of your hand and are great for smaller portions. Holds its color even at large sizes.

Instructions - Sow seeds indoors ¼” deep. Eggplants germinate best in warm soil, so gentle bottom heat may be helpful until seedlings emerge. Wait to transplant outdoors until soil is warm.
