Southern Exposure Seed Exchange - Red Sails Looseleaf Lettuce - It is an early producer and is ready as in about 45 days. It is a1985 AAS winner. Slow to develop bitterness when compared to red varieties, but average compared to green ones. Crinkled leaves; maroon-red color intensifies as leaves mature.
