Garlic scapes are the flowering stalk on hard neck garlic that is tender and tastes like garlic. The garlic scape is harvested the garlic bulbs grow even bigger. It is often used to make garlic scape pesto, infused oils, chopped in salads, sauted with veggies or meats and added to sauces. Our garlic scapes are grown on a certified organic farm and just miles from our farm and garden shop. They’ll start to be harvested at the end of this week and will be available for shipping on June 17. They will be harvest all week so don’t delay.
