Gingeroo is a dahlia that just keeps in producing floral cutting quality blooms. It is a formal decorative style but carries like a ball type dahlia. Her blooms are 3-4" wide and seldom grows above 36-42" inches for us. The ginger orange colors are perfect for so many occasions. She is a hit with florists. We love dahlias for the endless blooms they produce though the season never feels ling enough. We have around 200 varieties we have been growing out on our farm. Our Belladonnas have arrived! Amaryllis Belladonna thrive in the heat and don't mind humidity. They are great for containers or in your garden beds. They are carefree and take very little care. They bloom in the heat of summer and then will shoot up leaves. For this reason we bring in the largest bulbs we can find and they should be planted right away. They are hardy to USDA Zones 7-11 only and will be need to be lifted or protected in other climates. We offer these for sale in Spring, Fall, and Winter. The latest harvest arrives 9/15 or so. This one is hardy for zones 7-10 while everyone else will have to plant it in the early spring as soon as the ground is workable and chances of refreezing are minimal. Anemone Coronaria 'Mr. Fokker' Blue Anemone

An absolute favorite - Pink Surprise lilies or Nerine, also goes by Guernsey Lilies, Jersey Lilies or Cape Flowers and because of their habit of the leaves coming separately from the blossoms, they get referred to as Naked Ladies. We receive these in spring and fall. The leaves pop up, the leaves die and sometime later, lilies start popping up and you have blooms before you know it. They bloom in late summer and the red color is a wonderful addition to the garden. A U.S. native that resides from the Mississippi eastwards to the Atlantic Liatris Spicata goes by Marsh Blazingstar as it prefers wet or rich garden soils. This is the most commonly seen native in gardens as its dense flowers and rich in nector and pollen. We offer it in seed year round or corms in the spring. Corms will allow you to see flowers the first year while seed will take 2-3 years to flower. Blazing Star or Liatris Spicata will bloom all summer, provide food for butterflies, perform great in dry conditions, and naturalize well in sunny to partial sunny areas. The blooms are great in arrangements and the plant is ignored by rodents, rabbits, and deer. This plant will work hard for you without having to work hard for it. A must have in every garden. Blazing star is a family of natives that you will find in a large area of the U.S prairies, meadows, forest edges and grasslands. The species 'Spicata' is a great nectar and pollen source. Blazingstar, Dense Blazingstar, Gayfeather Liatris Spicata

Ranunculus are a favorite bride's flowers and yet gardeners shy away from these very easy flowers. You simply treat them as begonia but for full sun conditions. They are exceptional in garden beds and stunning in containers. The blooms are full and the foliage is lush. The blossoms are adored by bees and butterflies. They are hardy to USDA Zones 8-10 only and will be need to be lifted or protected in other climates.
